For your first visit you will need:

- List of medications

After your initial consultation with Dr. Gilmore, we will go over any x-rays and other diagnostics with you, and thoroughly explain your condition and what might be causing your symptoms. Once we figure out the cause, we will then begin gentle therapy and treatment. Home activities will also be taught, such as stretches, exercises, the use of supportive devices (back braces, etc.) and other tips to help you recover as quickly as possible. Our goal with every patient is to get them feeling as GRAND as QUICKLY as they possibly can!
